Jesse graduated from Millersville University Summa Cum Laude with a Finance major and a mathematics minor. After a career in Financial Consulting for mid-market companies, Jesse started building what is now Perpetual Equity Group. Helping business owners grow their companies and investors grow their wealth, while building lasting relationships & friendships, is his passion. After multiple exits, the team now operates and controls nine companies with combined 8-figures of annual revenue.

Mark has over 40 years of finance experience primarily in the insurance industry as well as dealing with banking, construction, and manufacturing companies. He began his career in public accounting with a top ten national firm, rising to the position of combined-services partner in 7 years. He later served as the CFO for another privately held insurance group. Under his management, the group grew from having limited capital to doing over $250 million in revenue which returned over $100 million to shareholders.

Rick holds a BA in History and Political Science from the New York University. He also attended the University of Pennsylvania where he achieved his MBA. Rick has a long career marked by success in several different, unrelated industries. After graduating from Wharton, he entered the commercial real estate business where he worked for over 16 years. Rick then began to acquire multiple different types of business in order to complete turnovers. He was able to scale both a radio station business and a salsa business in order to sell them to larger companies.
