Ross Stockdale

Real Estate Investor, Marketer, and Coach

Ross’ career in real estate started long before he began working. Growing up with a father and grandfather in the business Ross was exposed to the world of commercial real estate early and often. Some of his fondest memories are in walking a potential buyer through commercial listings and seeing them salivate with the idea of opportunity.

Years later Ross reaps the benefit of these decades worth of incidental training as he continues along the path of a real estate investment professional. One of his greatest joys comes from the long-lasting relationships built on a foundation of sound business.

After graduating from Elizabethtown College in 2013, Ross dug his nose into the web and started a career marked by consistent progress in digital marketing. Holding a successful track record of positions helping both brands and agencies over the past 7 years has given Ross the credibility and confidence to market anything successfully online. Starting as an e-commerce marketing specialist for an established gardening brand then moving to an online marketing manager at a fast-growing tech start-up granted Ross valuable experience on how to meet and exceed business goals and drive revenue. Working as a digital marketing strategist and an operations manager on the agency side taught Ross the importance of the fast-paced high-level executive decision making necessary to grow any type of industry and secure return on investment for all budget sizes.

A lifelong passionate pursuit of his has been grappling. He spends time serving for Beat the Streets Lancaster (a local nonprofit dedicated to providing wrestling for youth), training at Gracie 717 (a Lancaster, PA BJJ club). 

Ross is responsible for investor relations, vendor management, marketing operations, and corporate communications.

Jesse Greider

Real Estate Investor, Finance Exec, and Mentor

Jesse resides in Lancaster, PA with his wife Rachel, and their two daughters. He has a unique blend of experience in real estate investing, the construction fields, corporate finance, and the property & casualty insurance industry.

Jesse’s love for real estate and experience in construction started in 2000 when he was ten years old. He worked with his father after school while also assisting his grandfather repair & maintain his portfolio of rental properties.

After 15 years in the construction industry, Jesse graduated from Millersville University in two and a half years, Summa Cum Laude, with a degree in finance and mathematics. He then became a senior manager for Charter Lane Consulting, LLC. With a strong passion to help others, Jesse mentors a few individuals in personal finance and investing. His favorite pastime is fishing with his family.

 After a successful track record in the stock and bond markets, Jesse switched gears to real estate investing in 2019. He has proven that sound investment principles apply across all asset classes.

Jesse is responsible for investment analysis, market analysis, asset procurement, due diligence, and asset management.

Eric Seltzer


Eric Seltzer is an experienced Real Estate Developer who has developed and operated in 3 countries and several US markets. He has built several million square feet of office space with his family development company, The Seltzer Organization, as well as apartments, warehouses and research and development space. Office projects include Markham Corporate Centre in suburban Toronto acre project that served for a period as the Canadian Headquarters of Apple. Other projects include Gloucester Office Centre in suburban Ottawa, Bluffcreek Tower an office project in San Antonio, Westlakes business campus in San Antonio, Shelton Corporate Center in Fairfield County Connecticut mostly occupied by Pitney Bowes, a 190,000 square ft mid rise office in Fairfax Virginia, as well as numerous other projects in suburban Philadelphia and Northern New Jersey. In Jersey City, Seltzer and partner developed 286 Apartment units.

In addition, Seltzer has owned and operated radio stations, primarily in the Western US and partnered in the acquisition and operation of a small salsa manufacturer in San Antonio and proceeded to turn it into one of the largest private label sellers of salsa in the country before selling to a sizable private equity firm.
